Hotel Reservations and Policies

To make your hotel reservations, please click here to book online. You may also book by phone by calling 802-865-6600 and identifying yourself with the AAMC/NEGEA in order to receive the group rate. To confirm your reservation, a credit card is required and a deposit equal to one night’s room charge must accompany your reservation request. This rate is available until March 22, 2023 or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After March 22, 2023 reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space available basis. The room block may fill before March 22, 2023 so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Cancellation of any guaranteed room reservation must be received by the hotel no later than 5 pm ET the day prior to arrival to recover your deposit. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Please be aware of solicitations from outside companies to make your hotel reservations. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please use the information above to book your room in the AAMC hotel block.
