  • UVMMC Shadowing under COVID-19: Shadowing is permitted but requires a coordinated departmental approach. Departments need to approve shadowing within their department or division and be able to attest to the following:
    • Approval from sponsoring department to ensure in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines
    • Impact on other learners in that environment and ensure there are no clinical students scheduled at that time
    • Ability to meet COVID-19 guidelines to ensure student, patient and faculty/staff safety (appropriate PPE)
      
  • Masking Up: The Vermont legislature voted November 22 to allow towns in the state to make their own masking requirements. STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES (Scholarships, Awards, & Finance FYIs)

Our Medical Student Financial Services begin with prospective students and continue through the curriculum to commencement. We advise students on various aspects such as financing their medical education, loan debt management matters, and financial wellness.
