The University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine is committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment that supports and encourages respect for every individual, and promotes the development of professionalism in medical students, residents, fellows, faculty and staff across all instructional sites. Dr. Feldman’s role is to provide impartial independent dispute resolution and mediation services in a manner that respects and protects the personal privacy of those involved.
