- RECURRING WELLNESS ACTIVITIES:
- Tea Time Tuesdays with UVM Interfaith Center: Every Tuesday, 9-10am, UVM Interfaith Center (on Redstone
Campus next to blue water tower). Craving an opportunity to just sit and chat with others? Join us for bagels, a beverage (not just tea!), and informal conversation. Drop by. The entire UVM community is welcome!
- QT Meditation Circle: Every Tuesday, 5:30-6:15pm, UVM Living/Learning, C170.
For undergrads, grads, staff, and faculty who identify as Queer, Trans, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Asexual or those that fall in between or expand beyond these categories. Join student mindfulness facilitators for this weekly meditation
circle. No experience with meditation is needed!
- ADHD Executive Functioning Skills Group for Medical Students: Tuesdays @5:45pm, in person (advance sign-up required for location information).
Will be weekly, Tuesday evenings, for 8-10 weeks. FREE. A diagnosis of ADHD is not required to participate.
- "Spiritual Practice - Connect" with UVM Interfaith Center: Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30pm, UVM Interfaith Center (on Redstone Campus next to blue water tower). This inclusive spiritual gathering is an opportunity to pause in the midst of your busy week and spend some quality time connecting - with yourself, others, and the sources of support
