Using the listserv allows participants to use e-mail to interact with one another outside of the monthly Learning Collaborative webinars. We strong encourage participants to actively use this as a tool to stay connected with other participants and sustain enthusiasm for the project by requesting information from the NIPN team, sharing strategy implementation or quality improvement breakthroughs, and asking for ideas from other clinic sites and participants.
