Results

By implementing a variety of system changes, practice in the quality improvement collaborative, Addressing Adolescent & Young Adult Depression in Primary Care, increased depression screening rates by 13 percentage points.  The percent of youth with a positive depression screen who had a follow-up plan increased.  For more results, please see the documents below.
