Nutrition Screening
A brief interview with the volunteer to determine if there are any dietary behaviors or nutritionally related issues that could influence the results of your study. Screening questions can be tailored to the needs of your study.
Research Meal Screening
The purpose and practicalities of the research diet are explained and the likelihood of compliance is assessed. Food preferences are obtained to increase meal compliance. A research meal screening is required for any volunteer asked to eat research meals.
