Patient Care & Clinical Services
At the University of Vermont Medical Center, a team of board certified anesthesiologists, residents, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and anesthesiology assistants provide clinical services, ranging from simple sedations for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to sophisticated anesthesia for complex surgeries. Team members assist with inpatient pain management throughout the hospital, complement the clinical services on labor and delivery, and work closely with staff on intensive care units.
