Dr. Laurie Gelles is an information technology professional with over 15 years of experience in education (K-20), technology, instructional design, leadership, and project management. She works to inspire adoption and effective use of technology solutions that support active learning in our medical education curriculum.

Cathy RyanCathy Ryan, MEd - Educational Technoogy Specialist
Cathy has been at UVM’s LarnerCollege of Medicine for over 10 years, teaching computer skills; encouraging faculty, staff, and students to have the courage to explore technology solutions independently; and overall, attempting to instill a sense of calm around the use of new technology, so that it is seen as an adventure with educational potential, rather than a scary, annoying change.
