A generic on line checklist builder to support various business needs (e.g., the Office of Clinical Trials and Research credentialing process).
COMIDThis LCOM domain account is used for authentication to College resources.
CommonsCollaborative platform for various documents, tutorials, and references.
Computer Deployment
Deploy images to public machines, assist System administrators with management of pulic computers (Kiosks).
Computer Moves
Safely move computers and computer equipment during office moves, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
Contact Synchronization
Microsoft Outlook global address book is available to both our LCOM users and the UVM Medical Center users, supporting the close working relationship of these entities.
Department Share Drive
Ability to build folders for shared departmental documents.
Digital Signage
View scheduled and open times for room use - real time, up to date information for better planning purpose.
Digital Whiteboard
Mobile whiteboard that captures digital image of drawings and/or content.  Allows simultaneous inking by two individuals in the same room.
Electronic Messaging (E-Mail) and Calendaring
Email mailbox for supporting the domain.
Equipment Installation and Repair
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, repair/replacement of equipment when needed.
Equipment Tutorials
By appointment; learn how to operate AV equipment in any of the rooms within the LCOM campus.

Expertise and Knowledge of Available Software ApplicationsBy appointment, we are available for consultation to review potential software application options and evaluate third party software.

Hardware Warranty Support
Process warranty support for computer hardware, including contacting vendor, ordering replacement parts, and performing the work, or scheduling a technician.
Software to support equipment scheduling and billing software.
Information Security Training
Departmental sessions can be accommodated for various information security topics from protecting yourself from phishing, research security, general computing best practices and open session Q&A.

Advanced scheduling will be required along with a summary of topic(s) and/or questions you would like to explore.
KiteworksSoftware to secure FTP transmission of data within the environment or from approved external sources.
Media Creation (Video Projects/Shoots)
We offer video project support through equipment tutorials and equipment loans. PBS, CCTV or UVM Video are referred for some projects.
Multifactor Authentication
MFA is a method of computer access control in which a user is granted access only after successfully presenting several separate pieces of evidence to an authentication mechanism – typically at least two of the following categories: knowledge (something they know), possession (something they have), and inherence (something they are).
Network Jack
Physical network access to LCOM systems using an ethernet adapter and CAT5 cable.
Wired, and Wireless connectivity support for Desktop, laptop, and Mobile devices.
New Computer Setup
Arrange delivery of new computers, assist with migrate data and settings, and provide end user training.
Non Standard Software Installation
Non standard software installation and configuration, coordinating with vendors and assisting in licensing when needed.
Onsite Installation or Replacement of Hardware
We arrange delivery and assist with new computers. Our techs are on site to assist with replacing hardware.
Research Security Review
Assistance with data management planning in conjunction with IRB protocol requirements, granting requirements, consent forms and any other relevant compliance measure.

This includes review of Data Use Agreements before they are passed along to be signed.

Project Management Support; Our team is happy to meet and discuss needs and offer options for the best equipment.
