Patient Care & Clinical Services

Providing cutting edge care to patients in an environment of trust.

As an academic division of the Department of Medicine, we support teaching faculty and provide research facilities along with our teaching partner The University of Vermont Medical Center.

Our clinical practice takes place at the University of Vermont Cancer Center outpatient clinics at The UVM Medical Center. Our disease-specific multidisciplinary clinics provide a collaborative approach to planning and ongoing care throughout cancer treatment.

We offer many additional services including* genetics counseling, a hemophiliac clinic, and a medically based oncology rehabilitation program, Steps to Wellness. Cost-free counseling, support groups, nutritional support and help for patients who are in financial crisis is provided by the Cancer Patient Support Program. Our priority is to give each patient, and their family, care and support.
