LCOM Public Health Projects Poster Showcase

December 14, 2020 by User Not Found

The UVM Larner College of Medicine's Public Health Projects Poster Session & Community Celebration was held virtually December 10-11 and is accessible here.

UVM Larner College of Medicine’s Public Health Projects course is pleased to present 17 posters by the Class of 2023.  Link to view posters.  This is an NNE-CTR initiative in collaboration with the United Way.

These 17 posters in areas of health and social needs were designed as a statewide project called: Our Community’s Health: What’s Important to You?

COVID-19 has changed our lives, and our goal, in partnership with the United Way of Northwest Vermont, was to learn about strengths and needs in Vermont communities since the pandemic began. Students reviewed literature and best practices, analyzed data from more than 1000 surveys, presented results, and made recommendations.
