The Robert Larner M.D. College of Medicine is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for the healthcare team.

Our educational activities include a full series of live postgraduate medical courses each year, ranging from half-day seminars for regional physicians to week-long national conferences and international scientific symposia.

Our regularly-scheduled series (RSS) include: grand rounds, tumor boards, case-based conferences, and morbidity and mortality conferences. These activities are held predominantly at the Robert Larner M.D. College of Medicine and The University of Vermont Medical Center, with some available via virtual/remote access.

vLIFE (Vermonters Learning Independently Forever) is our developing library of accessible online learning opportunities for the health care team. Included are training for new providers in using the UVM Health Network electronic medical records (EMR) program, faculty development and important topics that affect patient care across all specialties.
