We are sorry that Adobe Connect’s
transition to a Flash-free architecture has created connection problems for
some of you. Our team’s recommendation is to follow the instructions for
uninstalling Adobe Flash and try joining the call via a web browser (Google
Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) instead of the Adobe Connect application. Some UVM
Health Network users have had luck opening the call via their Mozilla Firefox
web browser and others have been able to load the call via Chrome. To join via
your browser, click cancel when the browser prompts you to open the call
via the application and then click open the classic view in this browser.
When we contacted Adobe support to inquire about Adobe Connect and Adobe
discontinuing Flash support, they provided the following link: here.
