2020 Research Symposium Poster Submission Form


Please email the 2020 Research Symposium Poster Submission Form and an abstract to Laura Gordon

UVM faculty, staff, and students are invited to submit posters representing their cancer-relevant research for the UVM Cancer Center’s 2020 Clinical and Translational Research Symposium competitive poster session. Posters will be judged in two categories: (1) Faculty/Staff, (2) Post-doctoral/Pre-doctoral. Cash prizes will be awarded to a winner in each category.

All cancer-relevant research at UVM is eligible for entry. Researchers with abstracts related to the symposium topic, Modern Precision & Genomic Medicine, will be invited to have their work showcased during lunch. All posters will be on display all day with an interactive poster session from 1:00-1:30 PM. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the day.

To submit your poster, please complete the 2020 Research Symposium Poster Submission Form, including abstract, and email to Laura Gordon.

The Deadline to Submit Posters is Sunday, March 22, 2020.

Poster Instructions

  • The poster board assigned to each presenter will be 60 inches wide by 40 inches high
  • Presenters should be at their posters during the interactive session from 1:00-1:30PM on April 3rd
  • Posters should be set up no later than 9AM om April 3rd. Posters submitted after this deadline are not be qualified for the the competition. Additional instructions on displaying posters will be emailed to presenters by Friday March 27th
  • A reminder that UVM Cancer Center members should include the UVM Cancer Center logo. Please email Laura Gordon for access to this logo
  • All shared resources should be properly credited in the text of the poster
