IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics

September 15, 2020 by Jennifer Smith

The goal of this new voucher program is to provide pilot scale data to investigators that will create new hypotheses, support publications, and support on-going research studies within the mission of NIGMS

Announcing the official launch of the IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics as the newest NIGMS national proteomics resource (http://idearesourceproteomics.org/). This resource grew out of support from the IDeA program and we have been fortunate to work with many of you over the past few years. With recent funding of R24GM137786, we are now able to provide full proteomics and bioinformatics services to investigators performing biomedical research within the mission of NIGMS. We now provide the most cost effective proteomics options that can be >75% less expensive than any other proteomics service providers in the nation – with full bioinformatics provided at no additional cost. Furthermore, we support a competitive voucher program that provides fully subsidized access at no cost to the user. The goal of the voucher program is to provide pilot scale data to investigators that will create new hypotheses, support publications, and support on-going research studies within the mission of NIGMS. Please see the flyer for information on the voucher program, which has an upcoming deadline of October 15, 2020. We look forward to working with everyone and do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
