DeltaVision Restoration Microscopy System

The DeltaVision Restoration Microscopy System consists of a set of precision motors and a specially designed stage attached to an inverted Olympus IX70 microscope. The provided deconvolution software allows the resolution of deconvolved images to exceed the Raleigh limit. Instrument and software are designed to provide time-lapse capabilities in live cells or tissues (<100 micron thick).

Cameras

Accessories

  • Environmental Chamber
    • For use with the DeltaVision system
    • Encloses the entire stage of the microscope including the objectives
    • Allows temperature regulation between 32 and 42 degrees Celsius
    • CO2 enrichment attachment allows for experiments performed in carbonate buffers
  • Microperfusion Bath Perfusion ◦8-channel perfusion allows for rapid application of chemicals in a localized region of interest
    • Rapid cycling reduces desensitization of cells to various chemicals
    • Experiments can be synchronized with pClamp software
