Connection with our community isn't something that happens outside the medical campus - indeed, it is impossible to find a border between the campus and the community. What is cultural competence and why do I need to know? How do I promote inclusion? ODI coordinates workshops and consultation services for the College of Medicine community. In conjunction with our campus partners, we can develop a program to fit the goals, participants, and time frame of departments, offices, and student groups that request training.
