Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the
Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
(ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to
provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
The University of Vermont designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

final authority to determine whether an individual course may be
accepted for continuing education credit. The Robert
Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont
maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this
course receive 7.25 general continuing education credits for conference
use.

This conference has been approved for 1.0 credits in Hospice, Palliative Care, Pain Management.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
