Family Medicine is a university academic department, supporting teaching faculty and providing department status and structure for family physicians with attending medical staff privileges at The University of Vermont Medical Center. All of our sites are Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Homes practicing population health management, clinical care collaboration, and high quality care.

- Physical examinations
- Annual Wellness Visits
- Urgent care and ambulatory infusion services at Urgent Care
- HIV testing and counseling
- Skin care and minor surgery
