End-of-Life Care

Jaina Clough, MD


Clough is a hospice and palliative care physician with the University of Vermont (UVM) Health Network.  Her practice is primarily focused on outpatient palliative care and hospice care. She is the course director for palliative care at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. She has additional training in Contemplative End-of-Life Care and mindfulness for clinicians.
