Lunch is by reservation only and may be purchased when registering for the conference.
A buffet lunch will be served on the 2nd Floor Promenade, outside of the Emerald III ballroom. A pre-purchased lunch ticket is required to gain access to the lunch buffet. This is the only lunch option available this year. Participants also may purchase lunch at Petit Dejeuner, or may bring their lunches from home. All lunches may be brought into educational lunch sessions.
Continuing Medical Education
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits are available for Physicians, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Radiologic Technologists, and Social Workers. Consult the full schedule for sessions that include CME Credits.
The conference is free and open to the public. However, there are fees involved if you choose to order a lunch at the conference or if you plan to request specialty credit. Refunds for these fees may be obtained if notice of cancellation is received on or before Friday, September 27th. We are sorry, but no refunds are possible after this date.
Accessibility for People with Disabilities
Although the Women's Health and Cancer Conference is spatially accessible to people with disabilities, please note that there are significant distances between some of the sessions at the event. Sessions in the Valcour, Shelburne, Kingsland, and Willsboro rooms are particularly far away, and require a far walk even to get to an elevator. However, sessions in these spaces cannot be helped, and are not scheduled until the week of the Conference. Please work with staff and volunteers at registration on the day-of the Conference for any assistance in locating your educational sessions.
We regret that we are unable to provide individual assistance for traveling throughout the premises. You are welcome, however, to be accompanied by someone of your choosing to assist you. We ask only that your assistant register for the event as well. A reminder that registration for the event is free.
The scientific views, statements, and recommendations expressed, displayed, or distributed during the Women's Health and Cancer Conference represent those of the speakers and exhibitors, and do not necessarily represent the views of the UVM Cancer Center.
