The NRP course is designed by the AAP/AHA to teach an evidence-based approach to resuscitation of the newborn infant. This course introduces the concepts and basic skills required for effective and safe neonatal resuscitation. VRPHP supports new provider training or renewal training to health care providers. Trainings typically occur at the requesting hospital and last from 4 hours to 2 days, depending on the type of training and number of participants.
