The mission of Parent to Parent is "to nurture and support families whose children have a chronic illness or disability, and/or have been born prematurely; to encourage the implementation of family-centered policies and practices at all levels." Program offerings include: peer support, sibling support, a resource library, funding opportunities, and an Annual Partners in Care Conference.
