The Early Intervention Program's goal is to enhance the lives of the developmentally delayed and the capacity of families to meet their special needs. The following services are available to eligible children: screening and evaluation, service coordination, family training, counseling, home visits, parent support groups, speech pathology and audiology, vision services, physical and occupational therapy, social work services, special instruction, transportation and assistive technology devices and services. These services are provided at no cost to families, and are determined on an individual basis.
