The Larner College of Medicine Edupreneurship Office

As part of the Dean's Office, The Larner College of Medicine Edupreneurship Office (LCOMEO) supports the mission of the College by helping departments and their faculty create and manage flexible, relevant learning opportunities that serve non-medical student learners.

Why Edupreneurship?  (Education + Entrepreneurship)

The purpose of education is to support social progress. Entrepreneurship is the process of creating a new resource that generates value to others. Edupreneurship is the process of creating new ways to prepare people to contribute productively to society.

New courses or programs must be proposed and approved by the sponsoring department, the LCOMEO Advisory Committee, and UVM.
